Robin Capital Partners is looking for deal partners to work closely with us in identifying, sourcing, and evaluating potential targets with the intent of joining the acquisition company as a CEO, CFO or board member post-close. These deal partners will be asked to work with RCP in evaluating industries and growth potential of acquisition targets and assist with building rapport with sellers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in management, P&L, and M&A.While we do not require a full-time commitment, we do expect that some of your time will be spent dedicated evaluating opportunities. This is more of an entrepreneurial path that can yield considerable upside than finding another executive role.

These principles are at the heart of his approach to every partnership.Pedro also appreciates the emotional and complex nature of selling a business, a decision that is often deeply personal.
